I have hated eggs my entire life, so I can’t tell you whether this is any good.

Frittata

Six eggs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup cooked vegetables (pictured are onions and peppers, but almost anything would do)
Butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper
Parsley

Preheat oven to 350°.  Place saucepan over a medium heat.  Add butter or olive oil.  While that is heating up, beat eggs together with cheese and vegatables.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Pour into pan and reduce heat to low.  Cook 10 minutes, undisturbed.  Transfer to oven and cook for an additional 10 minutes.  Turn onto a plate, garnish with parsley, and slice like a pizza.
